We want you and your pet to be fully satisfied with BrightBite Dental Cleaning Powder. That’s why we offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not happy with the results, you may return your order under the conditions described below.


How to Start a Return

Would you like to return a product? Please contact our Customer Service Team first to request the official return form.
Our representatives will guide you through the procedure step by step and provide the correct return address.


Return Conditions

  • Returns are accepted within 60 days of delivery.

  • The product must have been used as instructed on the packaging (daily use, correct dosage).

  • Proof of consistent use (such as photos of the packaging, scoop usage, or other supporting evidence) may be requested to validate your claim.

  • Returns will not be accepted if the product was used inconsistently, incorrectly, or beyond the 60-day window.


Accepted Return Reasons & Processing

  • Incorrect product received → We will arrange a free exchange or issue a full refund.

  • Item damaged upon arrival → Send us photos immediately, and we will provide a quick replacement or refund.

  • Product not received → Contact our Customer Service Team to initiate an investigation with our shipping partners.

  • Not satisfied with results → If the product was used daily as instructed for at least 30 days and you are not satisfied, you may return it for a refund within the 60-day period.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and verified, the purchase amount will be refunded via the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, bank transfer).

  • Average processing time: 10 business days after the return has been received and approved.

  • Refunds will only be issued once proper return conditions are met.
